Alhaji Mohammed Ahmad Asha, the emir of Kaura-Namoda in Zamfara state, has died of suspecting coronavirus complications in the state.
Alhaji mohammed was said to have developed the symptoms of coronavirus which prompt his blood sample to be sent to Abuja for immediate test.
Emir mohammed, aged 71, who was appointed in 2004 by the first civilian governor of the state, Alhaji Sani Yariman Bakura died of the disease in isolation.

The late Emir had been in isolation, at the Yariman Bakura Specialist Hospital, in Gasua since Thursday, may 1, 2020. Alhaji Mustafa Jafaru, Publicity Secretary for the control and prevention of Coronavirus in the State, stated.
Alhaji Mustafa Jafaru further said that the remains of the late Emir of Zamfara were stil in the hospital awaiting burial by officials of the Nigeria Centre for disease Control.
